Fashion and Art are always side-to-side, and when it comes to one particular lady this makes even more sense. Who knows Olga Rei? Well, all New Yorkers do. She is a 25-year-old Russian which 5 years ago started a blog called “Socialite Rank” that some say was the real Gossip Girl. She spread rumors of uptown scandals and was the reason Olivia Palermo reached her fame.
The press started calling Olga crazy and her blog was a huge success. She went later to work as an intern in Marc Jacobs and now has created a new blog that talks about art, gallery openings and her favorite artists. She displays everything the same way as a shopping blog would show expensive handbags and shoes and chronicles the world of contemporary art.
Now, Olga Rei has made gallery hopping the new social climbing.
